By accessing our website or placing an order with Haraa Hire and Wear, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, purchases, and services offered by us.

1. About Haraa Hire and Wear

Haraa Hire and  Wear provides:

Rental Products

• Gowns
• Blazers
• Styling Props

Ready-to-Buy Products

• Lounge Wear
• Pee-High (Women Hygienic Product)

These Terms govern both online and offline transactions.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibility

Users must be 18 years or older to place an order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, and order details.
Any misuse of the website, false information, or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation.

3. Account, Communication & Consent

By placing an order, you consent to receive communication via WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or email regarding your order.
Haraa Hire and Wear is not responsible for communication failures due to incorrect contact details.

4. Rental Orders – General Conditions

Rental items are provided strictly for temporary use only.
Rental products must be returned in original condition, without alterations.
Stitching, pinning, cutting, dyeing, or resizing rental items is strictly prohibited.

5. Blocking & Booking

A ₹1000 blocking amount is required to reserve rental gowns or blazers and ₹500 for Props.
The blocking amount is adjusted against the final rental payment.
Blocking does not confirm dispatch unless full payment is completed.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is mandatory:
Gowns & Blazers: ₹1000
Props: ₹500

Deposits are refunded only after successful inspection of the returned item.

7. Rental Duration & Extensions

Rental duration is selected during booking.
Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Failure to request an extension will be treated as a late return.

8. Late Return Charges

Late return penalties will apply as follows:

• Gowns & Blazers: ₹300 per day
• Props: ₹45 per day

Late fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

9. Usage, Care & Cleaning

Customers must not wash, dry clean, or attempt repairs on rental items.
Normal wear is acceptable.
Excessive stains, damage, or mishandling may result in deductions.

10. Damage, Loss & Replacement

Repair charges for damage beyond normal wear will be deducted from the security deposit.
In rare cases of irreparable damage, the full dress replacement cost will be charged.
Lost items will be charged at full replacement value.

11. Purchase Orders – Lounge Wear & Pee-High

Purchased items are brand new and unused.
Pee-High (Women Hygienic Product) is a personal hygiene item and non-returnable & non-refundable once delivered.
Minor color or print variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

12. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are time-bound and subject to availability.

13. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Haraa Hire and Wear is not responsible for payment failures caused by external gateways.
Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

14. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Delays due to courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

15. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Rental and purchase returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation terms vary by product type.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, text, designs, and branding — belongs to Haraa Hire and Wear.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

17. Website Usage & Restrictions

Users must not:

• Misuse website content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt website functionality
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Violation may result in access restriction or legal action.

18. Limitation of Liability

Haraa Hire and Wear is not liable for:

• Personal injury during product usage
• Incorrect size selection
• Styling expectations vs personal preference
• Delays caused by third-party services

Haraa is not responsible for any injuries, allergies, or discomfort caused by the use of the rented gowns.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

21. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
