Cancellation & Return Policy

This policy applies to both rental products and ready-to-buy products purchased from Haraa Hire and Wear.

1. Rental Products (Gowns, Blazers & Props)

1.1 Booking Amount (Blocking Fee)

  • A ₹500 booking amount is required to block rental gowns and blazers. For props, a booking amount of ₹ is required.
  • This booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If the order proceeds, the booking amount is adjusted against the final rental payment.

1.2 Rental Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a refund of the paid rental amount, excluding the ₹500 booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date are non-refundable, including rental amount and booking fee.

1.3 Security Deposit Refund

  • Security deposits are refunded after the rental item is returned and inspected.
  • Any deductions for late return, damage, or loss will be adjusted before refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. Ready-to-Buy Products (Lounge Wear & Pee-High)

2.1 Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Within 1 Hour: Full refund, no charges.
  • 1–3 Hours After Order: Refund processed with a 10% cancellation fee (covers payment gateway and admin costs).
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead request a return under our Return Policy.
  • Delayed Orders: If products are not shipped within 5 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.

2.2 Returns – Lounge Wear

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be in resalable condition

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

2.3 Non-Returnable Products – Pee-High

  • Pee-High (Women Hygienic Product) is a personal hygiene item.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once delivered.
  • This policy is strictly followed for hygiene and safety reasons.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Product (Buy Products)

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To avoid disputes, an unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the sealed parcel, without cuts or edits, is strongly recommended.
  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

3. Refund Processing (Buy Products)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateways and banks.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. General Conditions

  • Haraa Hire and Wear reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Refund decisions made by Haraa Hire and Wear will be final.

  • Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.
