How does the rental process work?
Browse our gown collection, select your preferred gown, and book it for your required date. You can either pick up the gown from us or opt for doorstep delivery (delivery charges may vary based on location).
Do I need to clean the gown before returning it?
No. Please do not wash or dry clean the gown.
We professionally clean and sanitize every gown after each rental. We only request that the gown is handled with care.
Can I try the gown before renting it?
Currently, we do not offer trial sessions. However, all our gowns are free-sized and designed to comfortably fit a wide range of body shapes.
If you need help choosing a gown, our team is happy to guide you.
What happens if the gown is damaged?
If the gown is returned with damages beyond normal wear and tear (stains, tears, etc.), repair charges will be deducted from your security deposit. In case of irreparable damage, the full replacement cost will be charged.
Can I make minor adjustments to the gown?
No alterations or modifications are allowed. All gowns must be returned in their original condition, without any stitching, pinning, or changes.
What if I return the gown late?
Late returns will incur a charge of ₹300 per day, which will be deducted from your security deposit.
We kindly request timely returns so other customers can enjoy their rentals as scheduled.
What happens if the gown is damaged?
If the gown is returned with significant damage (stains, tears, burns, etc.), repair charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
In rare cases of irreparable damage, the the full dress replacement cost will be charged.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of ₹1000 is required for all rentals.
The deposit is fully refunded after the gown is returned and inspected.
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services for an additional charge, depending on your location.
You may also choose to pick up and return the gown yourself.
What should I do if the gown is lost?
In case of loss, the full replacement cost of the gown will be charged. This amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
